I have just heard from Eva Abedi who runs the Jaxx Greyhound Kennel in Kells, County Meath and she has some very interesting news concerning her operation.

One of Eva’s star inmates is the Australian bred bitch called Tas and she has recently whelped a litter to Brett Lee. Tas is a daughter of Premier Fantasy and Black Fantasy and the dam, in turn, is a daughter of Elite State and Elusive Rebel. This means that the breeding lines are similar to those of Crash, Hallucinate and Wheres Pedro.

Incidentally, Eva also reports that Kinloch Brae’s litter sister Game Spirit will soon be joining the Jaxx kennel when she has completed her quarantine.

A GREYT NIGHT RACING

Was out yesterday night racing in Longford at the intertrack challange, a competition where 6 tracks had sent openclass dogs in 6 differend races. We ( my bitch Solo Star and I) started for Lifford and came 3rd in the Open Puppy. It was a brilliant night out, big crowd and good hospitility from the Longford team. Just being a part of it was worth it. Solo Star is the new addition in the racing kennel, a sister to Scartview Pepes which I had to retire to Germany due wrist injury.

Solo Star had a good win for me in Lifford the week before doing 29.02, not a bad time for the first look.

ConstantOptimism is down the country to get mated to Surf Lorian, a mating which I had planned for years and her pups are doing her proud

I was following that dog thru the series as we have his first cousin, Jaxx Whiskeytalk here in Ireland, Radley Bales and Whiskeys dams are littersisters. Whiskeytalk could run, unfortunatly she was very iffy but with her breeding and being a "Wheeler" bitch, she was purchased for breeding purpose. Now she is in pup to Westmead Diver.

Kerstin, my friend from germany is coming to Ireland to help me here as I have cracked my hip. She is a very advanced breeder, breeding sucessfull dutch herders, and she will be a big help here with my broodbitches and the upcoming litters.

We had some nice wins the last weeks, congrats again to Betina with Jaxx Nala, Nala is on a trible mission now.
Also Tas won again and had 2 seconds after her win.

Connys bitch pup Black Diamante arrived in Hungary. So far from connys 2 litters are 2 in USA 3 in Denmark, 3 in Germany, 1 in Ukraine, 1 in Hungary and 5 in Ireland. 5 of them have to do their business under FCI rules. Quite international I would say.

Here a little report from a puppyowner in Trallee, Co Kerry which came in today
The pup is getting on fine. It was hard cold weather for pups early on in the year and it was difficult for pups to thrive. However he is getting strong and is healthy, with a nice shine on his coat. Since he got stronger we put him in with an August coursing pup as we felt he was strong enough to hold his own with him at this stage. The two of them play away together and bring each other along.
He has a nice conformation and temperment and is a good grubber and is healthy. So he is doing everything right so far.

As in Denmark and in Germany the racingseason will start soon, I can not wait how Pepper, Nala and Tiger will compeed.

Yesterday Jaxxy Fantasy won A5 in Dundalk by 7.5 lenghs. The going was rated 60 slow and I am wondering how the Bform in Data looks like, anyway will upload a video anytime soon.

Today they run the danish oaks, Pepper Jaxx came 3rd.
My racers for this week, Princess Gaga 3rd last monday in Longford, Jaxxy Fantasy tomorrow Dundalk, Jaxx Whiskeytalk will have her first race on friday in Longford, Jaxxy Fantasy will travel with her and TAS will make it to Dundalk.

connys new pups are doing very well, new pics are uploaded in the galery. They are big and strong pups and i hope the weather in Ireland will pick up so that they can move in the run outside.

2 very busy weeks as i moved with my dogs in another house. Concrete shed for the racedogs and a seperate space for the broods and their pups. This house is an old cottage and the very big garden was a dschungel and its a lot of work to do.

Also we had runners, TAS won her class in Dundalk, Princess Gaga came 3rd in another race and i was pleased with Jaxxy Fantasy, she run very well coming 4th with a A6 time in a A 9 race

Proudly announcing Natalie Jacs On's arrivals. She has 5 pups, 4 boys and one girl. The little black girl already has an new owner who wants her for later breeding as this cross is very promising and Natalie herselve was an exellent racebitch.
The boys - 2 black, one black with white and 1 fawn fellow are already flying in the litterbox.

I wrote that topic in the Greyhound-data last weekend, opened it and saw TAS. Yes she is probably the best bred bitch in Ireland and I am very pleased with her.

My other wellbred bitch, Constantoptimism is in pup to Premier Fantasy. Conny is carrying the best american bloodlines and the best american offspring from Premier Fantasy is out of Fuzzys Jailbird, identical bred like Constantoptimism. I am rearly looking forward to this pups. Connys first litter is well known on the continent as Pepper Jaxx and Yippyskippy are racing in Denmark on a high level, Tiger Jaxxon will have his first race Oct. 4th in Germany.

Delwood Eva, a Token Prince daughter won for me Longford A3 in 29.13, is in pup now to Tims Crow. Tims Crow, one of the fastest trappers ever produced very well in Austraila, specially to the dameline of Bay Road Queen ( check out in Data the bitch Ferly Gain ). Bay Road Queen you will find in Token Prince 's damelins as well.
Jim Meletios, my austrailan breeder friend noticed to that litter: Tims Crows / evas pups could be the fastest pups you'll ever breed.
Puppys due 17.9.09 and are ready to go in december. When you are interested in purchasing a special christmaspresent, transports for the pups to the continent can be arranged.

This littel bitch got her first qulifieing trial with her 3 rd time in the box - so therefore her time wasn`t bad. Hopefully, she will learn a bit more to have a nice racingcarrer later on.

Ireland is beautifull but the weather sucks. Sun is shining only for a few minutes - not enough to dry the runs in the kennels. My poor american and australien greyhounds - they and me are praying for summer ;-)

Yesterday, Legal Shifter gave birth to 10 healthy Ace Hi Rumble pups. She has 3 boys and 7 girls, congratulations to the Snakebite-syndicate.
Good news and bad news are so close in our greyt sport and also here are bad news: Asp is finished from racing. If someone wants to rehome him - he will make a wonderfull pet. Please help to find a forever home for this lovely fawn fellow.

This breeding was made in the same pattern like Deanridge Fury, so a rearly promising breeding. Good old fellow, he won S2 in Longford yesterday night. In his stake, he came 4th but the fastest time for 4th so he is on the reservelist for friday. Miss Jaxx on came 5th in her final, TAS was 3rd in the semifinal and unfortunatly Only Wish couldn`t make it to Dundalk, so she was nonrunner.

just back from ireland to bring two more greys over, my pup "miss jaxx on" joins my others racers "natalie jacs on" and "molly the mink" at my trainer peter cronin.
constantoptimism, conny, went to my friends, the "heartland-kennel", hopefully she will be in season, soon.
"yippiskippy jaxx" is sold to denmark, hopefully he will give rikke his new owner a lot of wins.
